1  PRE-INSPECTION: We will inspect your areas of concern as well as noting carpet construction and soiling conditions.  You will also be advised of any possible permanent staining or discoloration.

2  THOROUGHLY PRE-VACUUM:  One of the most important steps before carpet cleaning is dry particulate removal.

3  FURNITURE MOVING:  Carefully move furniture resetting each piece after cleaning on protective pads or styrofoam blocks.

4  PRESPRAY & PRE-SPOT:  with carpet prespray to loosen and suspend soil  and spots from fibres in preparation for rinse and extraction.

5  AGGITATE FIBRES:  The prespray is then worked into the fibres with a carpet groomer,  a rotovac, or a rotary scrubber.  The technician will choose depending on soil conditions.

6  RINSE & EXTRACT:  Once the soil has been loosened,  our state of the art truck- mounted hot water extraction process will thoroughly flush the carpet.  Water pressure is controlled depending on thickness and soiling conditions.    If addtional rinsing is required so is addtional post vacuuming.  Every effort is used to make sure the carpet is left as dry as possible.   We use an extraction wand or a Rotovac depending on conditions. The Rotovac is used to either restore a neglected carpet or revitalize a tired, old carpet (even just a few years), into a plush,  new looking luxurious carpet,  the kind YOU bought.  It has been our experience the Rotovac cleans better than any other rotary tool on residential cut piles in the industry today,  we have tested the others. 

7  POST VACUUM:  This step is often missed by many carpet cleaners.  We perform an addtional dry vacuum pass which increases contaminate removal and fast drying of the carpets.   Remember we are still the only ones in the GREATER VICTORIA & AREA that operates the most powerful truckmounts for carpet cleaning in the WORLD.   This is how we can offer FAST DRY carpet cleaning.

8  POST SPOT TREATMENT:  If any spots are not removed during the cleaning process, specialty spotting techniques are employed.

9  POST INSPECTION:  You walk through your home with us to inspect our work.  Let us know that you are pleased by signing our service receipt.

11  POST GROOMING:  The carpet pile is set in one direction using a carpet rake for faster drying and more visual appeal.
